Returns & Right of Withdrawal Policy

(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.)

Information on Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 30 days from:

  • the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the goods, if you ordered one or more items in a single order and they were delivered together;

  • the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the last item, if you ordered multiple items that were delivered separately.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by email at:

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification before the 30-day withdrawal period has expired.


Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 30 days from the day we receive your notification of withdrawal.

The reimbursement will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until:

  • we have received the returned goods, or

  • you have provided proof that you have returned the goods,

whichever occurs first.

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 30 days from the date on which you inform us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 30-day period has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.


Exclusions & Loss of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:

  • The supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized;

  • The supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;

  • The supply of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed at the time of the contract, but which cannot be delivered within 30 days and whose value depends on market fluctuations;

  • The supply of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, except for subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal also expires in the case of:

  • The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they were unsealed after delivery;

  • The supply of goods which are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature;

  • The supply of sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer software, if the seal was broken after delivery.
