What Are the Delivery Times?
Shipping takes place in two stages:
1. Processing Time
Within 1–3 business days after placing your order, it will be verified, approved, and packaged.
Your parcel will then be prepared for shipment.
2. Delivery Time
United States: 7–12 business days
All delivery times are estimates and do not include potential customs delays. During high-demand periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, or New Year, shipping times may be longer.
What Are the Shipping Costs?
We offer free premium shipping on all orders.
This includes insurance coverage in case of theft, loss, or damage during transit.
Where Is My Package?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
You can track your order via the tracking page on our website. Simply click on “Track Your Order” in the main menu.
For logistical reasons, your order may be shipped in multiple packages.
